Produced by eleven smallholder farmers supplying Karengera washing station in Nyamasheke, Rwanda. Cherries are hand sorted and floated before depulping within eight hours of harvest. The coffee undergoes 15–18 hours of dry fermentation, followed by washing and a 15–20 hour soak, before drying on raised beds for 12–14 days.
