Produced at La Bendición, a farm owned by José Gómez and operated by his son in Sansare, El Progreso, Guatemala. Harvested cherries are delivered to Beneficio La Esperanza, where they are sorted, depulped and fermented before washing. The coffee is dried on patios and finished briefly in mechanical dryers to reach its final moisture level.
