Produced by smallholder farmers around Banko Chelbesa in Gedeb, Ethiopia, this Grade 1 lot is a classic washed Ethiopian coffee. Ripe cherries are carefully sorted and depulped before the parchment is fermented in clean tanks to remove the mucilage. It is then thoroughly washed and sun-dried on raised beds, with careful monitoring throughout the drying process.
