Produced by Abdo Abamecha in the Jimma Zone of western Ethiopia, this Grade 1 natural is sourced from smallholder farmers who deliver ripe cherries to Birbisa washing station. After flotation, the selected cherries are shade-dried for one day before being slowly dried on raised beds for 20–30 days, with regular turning to ensure even drying. Once dried, the coffee is brought to the required moisture level, bagged and stored before being prepared for dry milling and export.
